Reliance Announced to Close the Voice Call Service, Learn How to Port Your Number?

If you're a Reliance Communications (RCom) users then read this carefully. Actually, RCOM is going to shut down its voice call service from December 1, 2017. TRAI said that users of RCom can port their numbers to anyother company which you like. 
How to Port Your RCOM Number Into Other Company?

RCOM had said that it will deliver only 4G data services to its users and voice call service will close. So the shut down the service of voice calls will be effective from 1 December.

RCOM has told TRAI that it will continue to provide its 2G and 4G services in eight telecom circles of Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, UP East and West, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

How to Port Your RCOM Number Into Other Company ?

So now you can port your reliance number into other company that you like. For this just follow the blow steps.

1.) Open your message box, type PORT 90xxxxxxxx and send it to 1900. It will have to be charged for this.

2.) You will receive an 8 digit Unique Porting Code (UPC) after sending SMS. This code will be submitted along with a set format (MNP), Customer Application Form along with a photo and address proof on the company's outlet where you have to port number.

3.) The new company will give you a new SIM After ensuring that the old company does not have any cost.

Note : In porting to another, it takes up to 7 days for the number port in another company. For this, the other company will have to pay a few charges. If the consumer sent the SMS to the user, user will have to set a new SIM. After this your company will change.
